Account & Platform Usage
Account Creation: You can sign up using your phone number with OTP verification, Google Sign-In, or Apple Sign-In. By using third-party authentication (Google/Apple), you agree to their respective terms and privacy policies.
For Customers: Interact respectfully with service providers and settle payments directly after job completion.
For Providers: Keep your profile accurate and respond to inquiries promptly. You're responsible for maintaining up-to-date contact information.
Platform Role: Kareebo facilitates connections but doesn't supervise on-site work. We're a marketplace platform, not an employer or agent of service providers.

No charges at all!
Start your journey on Kareebo with your first service completely free. No verification fees, no activation fees!
Verification Fee
Per service/year (from 2nd service onwards)
- • Annual fee to keep each service verified and active
- • Provides verified badge and priority listing
- • Unlimited customer leads per service
Service Activation Fee
One-time fee for additional services
Paid once when adding a new service category to your profile
Note: All fees are non-refundable after profile activation. Accounts suspended for policy violations will not receive refunds.

Reviews & Disputes
Reviews: Must be factual and respectful. False reviews will be removed.
Disputes: Raise concerns within 48 hours via our support team.
Resolution: We mediate using chat logs, call history, and evidence from both parties.

Prohibited Activities
❌ Spam & Harassment
No mass messaging or abusive behavior
❌ Data Scraping
Extracting user data is prohibited
❌ Fake Profiles
All information must be accurate
❌ Unauthorized Use
No copying or reverse engineering

Account Termination & Data Deletion
Voluntary Deletion: You can delete your account anytime through the app. Once confirmed, your account and personal data will be permanently deleted immediately. This action cannot be undone.
Involuntary Suspension: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activities, or compromise platform safety.
Data Retention: After deletion, some data may be retained for legal compliance (e.g., payment records for tax purposes) but will be anonymized where possible.
